Ideal for Picopresso

I was looking for an alternative to the more expensive Wacaco Picopresso and came across this. It is perfect! It fits snuggly in the gap, mainly as I have a sleave around the unit, but I have seen an O ring used as well. Thanks for such a great item that has saved me money.

Fantastic coffee, poor/no customer service

I was given the PRO unit as a gift several Xmases ago. Used it while on the road visiting family. Makes great coffee. Last year it suddenly decided to stop pressurizing. Have replaced all O rings. Still no pressure. I have used the 'Contact Us' link on at least 3 occasions asking for suggestions as to what else I need to replace. Have never had a response. Parts are very reasonably priced, but I've spent at least $30 on postage to not have a working machine.

Almost perfect parts service

I really appreciate the quality of the STARESSO machine, and I recently ordered both a new machine and some parts for my old machine, which dates from when it first came out. So now I have a new machine and a backup machine. Things were almost perfect, except for the two o-rings that were missing.

Coffee Nirvana

I got the parts needed to fix the little espresso hand pumped wonder machine and also got myself the hand cranked grinder. The coffee is so good… It came quickly and was ordered with great ease!
